New Jersey High Point Auto Insurance Opts for Driver History Reports Over DMV
New Jersey auto underwriters are signing on to use Driver's History, Inc's Drivers History Reports (DHR) to track its client's moving violations. As a tool to track its customer's driving records, DHI is half the expense of the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). This nets a substantial savings for the insurer and possibly trickling down to the consumer. In addition to New Jersey, DHI serves Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Maryland and Connecticut.
Insurers like High Point Auto Insurance, one of the largest auto insurers exclusive to New Jersey, finds that by using DHI's reports, they can more easily track driver activity, identify fraud, and manage marketing. Replacing Department of Motor Vehicle records with Drivers History Reports saves them money and is much more efficient in cases where the Special Investigation Units are investigating material misrepresentations.
Jim Tignanelli, President of High Point states "Having access to this database will ensure that High Point has the most accurate, up-to-date driver information." With auto insurance costs constantly on the increase, a feature such as Driver's History, Inc's Drivers History Reports can mean the difference between financial stability and failing to meet an insurer's financial responsibilities.
