Other factors analyzed were the percentage of existing franchises that are Hispanic-owned and the number of Hispanic employees in each franchisor&#8217;s top levels of management. <\/p>\n<p>In the words of Rob Bond, founder of the World Franchising Network, &#8220;There is no question that the franchising community is increasingly aware of the economic power and underlying talents within the Latino community.&#8221; He also said that this year&#8217;s results showed increased numbers of Hispanic-owned franchises, and a greater number of Hispanics in top management positions.  <\/p>\n<p>In addition to auto insurance, Fiesta <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carinsurancelist.com\/motorcycle-insurance.htm\">insurance covers motorcycles<\/a> and boats, as well as offering homeowners and renters insurance policies, and commercial coverage for auto, property and general liability.
