{"id":464,"date":"2010-10-07T11:57:45","date_gmt":"2010-10-07T19:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.carinsurancelist.com\/blog\/?p=464"},"modified":"2010-10-07T11:57:45","modified_gmt":"2010-10-07T19:57:45","slug":"car-insurance-brief-ny-company-buys-cost-u-less","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carinsurancelist.com\/blog\/2010\/10\/car-insurance-brief-ny-company-buys-cost-u-less\/","title":{"rendered":"Car Insurance Brief:  NY Company buys Cost-U-Less"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sacbee.com\"><em>Sacramento Bee<\/em><\/a> is reporting this week that a New York-based insurance company, The Confie Seguros, Inc., which primarily works with Spanish-speaking customers, has announced its acquisition of the Cost-U-Less Insurance Center, Inc., in Rancho Cordova. <\/p>\n<p>The latter company has been providing low-cost insurance products sourced from various sources for twenty-one years. It writes more than $125 million a year in premiums, and has eighty locations throughout the state of California. <\/p>\n<p>Confie Seguros said that with this acquisition, it will have more than 150 retail centers in California.
